Spoke to a guy on the phone who offered to help so called in a few days later. New guy behind the counter, rude unhelpful and no interest in a simple repair job. Pot luck here, some OK and some DREADFULLY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL!!!

I would like to thank and commend Bertie who works at the Cheltenham Gallagher retail park store. He went over and above to help me with my key fob situation and gave me information that not even the dealership had told me therefore helping me out of a very stressful situation. Ruined an almost new pair of boots and either didn't realise what they'd done or hoped I wouldn't notice when I collected them. The first two attempts to repair the damage was poor and amateurish. After the Timpsons complaints team took over the case communication from them was nil unless I was actively chasing for updates.

I have always used these guys for 10 years! Got 12 keys cut in January, one of them didn?t work so I went in there today so he could redo. He wanted to charge me ? you should have apologised and done it on the spot. I?m a local landlord that always used to use you. WOW

Timpson in Bath Road, Cheltenham receive no stars from me, although I have had to give them one else I cannot post the review.I paid £20 for 3 keys to be cut (3 copies of the same key). None of which work!Timpsons claim "Our experts use state-of-the-art machinery to provide reliable and precise key cutting."So in this case the "expert" wasn't or the "state-of-the-art machinery" isn't so reliable or precise as Timpsons claim.So now I have a 13mile round trip to do tomorrow to get my money back & to locate another key-cutter. No happy at all.Update! I returned the following day, a different chap was there, he said he could see straight off that they were cut badly. He cut 3 new ones & gave me my £20 back for me having to make another trip in. Good after sales service 5 stars for that.Well done.

Very expensive for key cutting - £22.50 for three!Should've asked for a price first, but it was for standard cylinder keys, and given that Timpsons is a national chain, I wrongly assumed that it would be a standard price. Very disappointing

Really impressed. Replaced a completely broken zip on a bag for only £7.50 and now like brand new again. They were honest and upfront that they weren't sure if they would be able to fix it, and think I've got a bargain as they clearly went well beyond cost they quoted to get the job done.
