Kevin and team were amazing today - helped us plan and pick our tile design. Great product knowledge and did everything he could to work around my budget. 10/10. Will be back in a few months when I move onto the next bathroom!

Tile shop just outside the town centre. It offers quite many choices but I was expecting something more considering it is in the industrial area of town. Anyway the staff has been friendly and helpful and they also offer some seasonal discounts.

Fantastic customer service from Kevin at the Cheltenham branch. He went above and beyond to help us. We absolutely love our 30cm metro tiles with grey grout. It finishes off our kitchen nicely and ties it altogether.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Kevin at Tile Giant in Cheltenham. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was looking for tiles to repair a bathroom but the specific kind had been discontinued in the meantime and were no longer available online. Kevin went out of his way to find any remaining boxes and ex display tiles around the county and coordinated getting them from many different shops to the store in Cheltenham. I was absolutely over the moon. Such amazing service, thank you, Kevin!

Cheltenham Store - Kevin Chandler is an asset to this store and company, and i hope his above and beyond efforts and level of customer service he gave us is recognised.We placed an order in store, and the whole order process was seemless. Kevin & his colleague Kyran was second to none. Home delivery of tiles was arranged.I booked a day off work, annual leave, to take receipt of the tiles. No tiles delivered by 2pm, I chased the store and was told that the tiles were in transit. At 5pm i chased the store, who in turn made an enquiry of the courier, and was told the tiles were attempted to be delivered at 10am but no-one home/answered the door, this was a lie. Kevin went back to the courier and was told that the pallet was damaged during loading, so the delivery was not made ???A redelivery was arranged , for after 6pm 3 days later, and yet again, the courier company, NOT Tile Giant, failed to deliver to store. Kevin was waiting at the store til 9pm and had an independant courier waiting on standby to deliver tiles to our home.Kevin went above & beyond in everything he planned and had control over to get us our tiles, he too had his evening disturbed/wasted as a direct result of the external courier company.The external couriers finally delivered our tiles 1 day later to store, and Kevin had an independant company deliver that same evening to our home.Now i know this reads a disaster, BUT the actions of Kevin , and his excellent and honest communication has restored our faith in this store. We will not be put off, the dissapoint was nothing to do with Tile Giant Cheltenham branch, its the external courier company that caused the mahem.Thanks for your honesty and time Kevin, we truly are thankful for all your efforts. See you soon with our next order.

Great staff, they immediately recognised an old tile I took in. Unfortunately discontinued, but they recommended a similar one and have ordered me a sample.

Very poor communication, tiles were delayed by over a week Cheltenham store didn?t think that was important enough tell me!! Huge knock-on effect when tiler booked in for kitchen floor, had to re-arrange electrician, plaster etc ? not very happy??.. still waiting for a call back from the store manager

We've been backwards and forwards to Tile Giant, Cheltenham for the last couple of weeks deciding on tiles for our new Works Kitchen and we have found it so refreshing to receive such excellent customer service from Aaron who has been so patient and helpful. Joe at the Cheltenham depot couldn't have been more helpful. We are complete novices when it comes everything tiling and Joe was very patient with us, making sure we hadn't missed anything. Excellent customer service.
