Went over there and sorted a contract out to what I needed and under my circumstances. The staff were great, especially Nic, she was with me from the beginning to the end and tailored me the best contract.

I lost my phone yesterday, but I went into the store today, and I'm already back in business within a few minutes of chatting with the friendly staff at the Three store. Really professional, keep up the good work.

Three as a company have been great, however they advised me to use squaretrade phone insurance, who have been the worst company I've ever had to deal with. 6 weeks and still no phien after it being broken. Over 20 calls, hours of time, completely disconnected communication at their end. I've been told twice the phone is on its way. Then three days ago an error, then yesterday it's been sent, ow today they say they don't have the phone and will look into giving me a cash payout. I've never been lied to so many times from a company. Most frustrating experience to date. Thanks Three for advising them to insure my phone! Terrible.

I went to the 3 phone shop in Cheltenham on Sunday to see if I could get some help with a phone contract.

My contract with Three was due to end. I had phoned the shop to make sure someone could give me advice if I went there in person, as it would require a long journey. A chap named Ash was helpful on the phone, and when I arrived the next day, it was very nice that he remembered our chat. He then spent time with me, going through the options, checking on my phone usage, listening to what I had to say. I decided to buy a new Samsung phone, and go for the Three Lite Sim plan which is excellent value for money. Ash transferred everything from my old phone to the new phone. I had been worried for weeks about what to do regarding a phone and a contract. I'm pleased with the outcome, thanks to Ash's team at the Three shop in Cheltenham.

I just wanted to thank Melissa for her excellent customer service today. I ordered a product online which I required alterations to my account for and hadn?t realised. I also couldn?t collect my order, so rather than send me away, she cancelled and re-started my order such that I could take my product away today. She included her team members, evidently teaching and delegating tasks to make the process and team as efficient as possible. She clearly has a in-depth knowledge of the processes. She was testament to the importance of in-person shopping and customer services which are online/telephone-only services.Thank you very much indeed.
