What a fab small independent hockey specialist! Lance and his colleague were super helpful, offering free coaching, tips and correct hand grip, testing out different sticks, ensuring correct stick size and all inclusive in the service. They couldn?t have been more attentive, gum-shield, Astro shoe and bag advice too. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We will be back!

I needed some new Astro's due to a foot issue/pain I have developed and the team at the stick club could not have been more helpful! I tried only roughly 9 pairs of Astro's in various sizes and used the area out the back to check for comfort but unfortunately the Astro's which were the most comfortable they did not have in 7.5 which I needed only a size 7. I ended up having to order them online as they could not get them in store ready for the weekend but they kept the shop open late whilst I was trying on and understood my needs and actually suggested themselves to look online even though it meant they lost the sale. They genuinely care about the customer and ultimately just want everyone to have the best hockey experience possible. Due to the level of service I received I will definitely return for future hocket equipment needs.

Fabulous service for our 12 year old today. Solid advice and tips. Trialled four sticks on the Astro out back. No rush, no hassle just honest decent service. Came away with a fab stick that?s perfect for her!

The best place to buy anything hockey related. The customer service and hockey knowledge is outstanding. Has a great ( and large ) indoor area out the back to test sticks which is very helpful.

If you play hockey for anything more than school, I.e. hobby, local club or more then this has to be a must visit location. Avoid the high street store where a stick is sold according to price - the stick club provided expert advice from players to players to select a range most suitable according to experience and style of play, then let us compare half a dozen on their own little astro section at the back and we walked away with something that was comfortably under the budget but felt best in the hand.

Have used The Stick Club for many years now, specifically for printing our kits for our local football team. The quality of the printing is always excellent, as are communications; and they always turn our orders around very promptly with never any issues. I can't recommend them highly enough! ?????

We had a brilliant experience with the Stick Club. Went to get a goal keeping kit and we are new to Hockey. Their knowledge and advice was brilliant! Spent lots of time with us and even had chance to try out the kit before buying. Really patient with us when we were finding it hard to make a decision. We wanted a certain helmet and they spent time after our visit to hunt one down for us. They found it and notified us straight away. Can not rate them highly enough!! Wish there was 10 stars as I would have rated them 10

Very busy when we visited. They locked us out until they were ready to get more people in. Once we were in we waited a bit. It's not like they didn't have enough staff, I saw at least 3. My son has never played hockey, so they showed him some basics and sized up sticks. Very kind and friendly. Good advice given. Overheard advice given to more experienced/older children, including one who needed their 1st adult size stick. Recommended.

Brilliant shop, owners know there stuff, kitted our daughter out with goalkeeper stuff taking time to show what fitted her properly, didnt try an sell the most expensive stuff either, will be back for more gear soon thanks

I have purchased here twice. As a beginner to hockey both Lance and Sara were incredibly helpful taking lots of time to help me get what I need. In particular they helped me choose and fit a pair of astro shoes which have ended up being the best fitting pair of sports shoes I've ever had! Would highly recommend.
