I love this salon in Cheltenham. It's low key and laid back so you can feel relaxed and they do your hair just how you ask. The products are ethical and cruelty-free and this is not always easy to find in a professional hair salon. They did my wedding hair too which was natural looking and I was so pleased with it. I lived in London 10 years and been to all sorts of hairdressers there and elsewhere, and no-one has done my colour, cuts & styling better than here. Consistently excellent and highly recommended!

Really great experience. Nice smelling natural products and my stylist cut and blow dried my hair exactly how I like. Friendly and relaxed salon at a very reasonable price.

This will be a hard to write review, because I cant quite say how thankful I truly am to Chloe.I had a bad bipolar episode and had ripped chunks of my hair out.I was mortified and so embarrassed. On the edge of tears I came in to speak to Chloe who had previously cut my hair and was immediately blown away, she was so kind and empathetic as we came up with a solution to sort my stumpy clumps of hair. I walked away feeling so hopeful after such a wonderful chat and having booked an appointment the next day. As luck would have it she called several hours later after having a cancellation and swept me in.As she shaved away my mess of hair into a cool undercut I felt a huge weight come off my shoulders and my embarrassment melt away. I can not overstate what a talented and wonderful person she is, she gave my confidence back. It all felt quite serendipitous,If ever your in doubt with you're looks, mental health image or any insecurities do not hesitate to go into Ruby key. They are kind and beautiful inside and out.
