On the eve of Christmas, I bought a perfume in this store as a gift (Cheltenham), showed the photo of the perfume to the saleswoman several times, clarified with her several times what exactly I wanted, because the series have the same cardboard boxes. And what do I have? Ruined Christmas, because they didn't give me the perfume I asked for, and besides, they didn't exchange or refund me. Incompetent sellers, owner not friendly to buyers. I do not recommend this store.

Bought a perfume fragrance advent calendar for my wife. She was a bit disappointed as it contained mostly men's fragrances and only 3 perfumes. Would only recommend for a mans advent calendar. It's a pity they don't do a his and hers calendar.

The best place in Cheltenham to get your fragrances. I took a national Star student to explore his sensory sense of smell, and an employee called April, made him feel more at home than any other retail store in Cheltenham. She was so accommodating to his additional needs, and made him feel just as welcome as any other guest, and he cannot wait to go back. It really is a rare thing to find a store that accommodates people like O.R, and we shall certainly be returning any buying his fragrance for his next college ball. Thank you April!

Very tidy and well organised shop. Lovely lad called Lewis was very patient with my Mrs indecisiveness. Introduced us to a lovely perfume called black opium and the Mrs absolutely loves it.Even singed us up for the vip rewards, will definitely be returning
