Pub is part of Ember Inns. Food in line with other pub chains. Had roast dinners early evening, my only comment is that the greens and leek were a bit dry and tough, perhaps had been left over from earlier. Otherwise OK.

It was good and dog friendly with doggy treats for the little beast (not my wife btw she's the dragon ?) caulif&cheese was good relaxed atmosphere brownie was good had as a takeaway coz I was so full larger was good clean lines

Rude chef doesn?t know how long it takes to cook food and is not accurate about times. Staff on the floor were fine though.

Had a lovely meal today for my husbands 80th.
Staff were brilliant, he even got a birthday card from them.
