Was very impressed with the service from Charlotte today. I came in needing makeup advice and she was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and made everything clear for me as I don?t understand much about makeup. They didn?t have much makeup to sell as it had all moved over to the new Tewksbury shop and even though a sale couldn?t be made out of it that didn?t stop her from giving me incredible enthusiastic advice ! Will definitely be back to purchase.

Helpful staff. All you need is to tell them your problems like skincare or body are issues and they will find the right product for you.

Very good offers and it?s well laid out inside. It can become a bit crowded at festive times of the year as it?s a fair small shop.
The staff are always friendly and helpful when I visit.

Me and my little sister came in on the 27th shopping the Boxing Day sales and the staff here were so helpful and friendly! I think it was the manager/supervisor on shift who went to their remote stock room to get extra shower gels for my little sister. They couldn?t do enough for us - amazing staff!

Big shout out to swati ?I have terrible dryness and eczema prone skin have been struggling to find the right moisturising cream for my skin so I popped into the store and they were so nice and helpfulWith her recommendation of both the hemp night cream and the aloe range I was given a sample of both and applied the hemp cream at night before sleeping when I woke up I had no dryness ?Thank you swati for your kindness and being so helpful
