A bit rubbish. They got my order wrong even though I used the app. My bacon sarnie too 15 minutes to appear even though wait time was 7 minutes. Waitress delivered my order to wrong table and it had to be remade. Service was rubbish food average. One of the worst Spoons I have been in.

I know one needs to manage their expectations when going to Spoons, but there is something off about this one. I have never seen a restaurant/bar so short staffed so regularly. Everyone working behind the bar is clearly doing the best they can, but they don't have enough people so the queues can be massive and everyone on staff looks exhausted. Some new management may be in order?

Typical Spoons venue but not typical service. The service here is excellent and Chris in particular is brilliant. He is attentive and it's keen for you to have a good experience, made drink recommendations and was very accommodating. In his words, 'as it should be'. Cheers Chris.

Ordered Pizza from the app. It came missing toppings. I was then told upon questioning it, that they were not available. If only they had come and made me aware before making it I would have changes my order.. It just takes communication. Not great when a 'hospitality' business cannot communicate.

Each time I come in it's a brilliant atmosphere and the food comes out fairly quickly depending on how busy it is. Basically it's what you would expect for a spoons. Probably the best spoons I've been to although I'm biased due to it being the local one
