Terrible experience, Tescos packs of 8 coke were on the top shelf, 4 packs high, trying to buy one two fell from the height, hit me in the face, and hand and fell onto my chest bone. I was attended by Alice, very poor customer care, not interested in my shock and the fact my hand was swelling by the minute. I did d discover the shelves had been stacked by agency staff too high, and they removed other packs stacked either side 4 deep. No accident form was filled out, No photo was taken of my hand. I was left to leave the store unattended to car and I was informed I was lucky to go home as Alice was on shift til 1am. I am disgusted no follow up call was processed. Disgusted by the lack of assistance and have been left with a bruised breast bone and hand which has affected my work this week. Poor first aid and sensible customer care. I have phoned every day and as of yet no one has picked up the phone.

Awful. Got a parking fine that they are forcing me to pay because I parked in P&C and popped in to get some bits for the kids and they didn't come out with me. There were plenty of spaces free an no sigs by P&C. They cleverly put them around other areas..... I will not shop there again which means they are losing a lot more than £40 going forward. Jobsworths!!!!!

Shocking service this morning from a cashier on till 13!!! No acknowledgement whatsoever as in good morning or a thank you! He obviously did not want to be there today!?

I was recently visiting a friend in Bishops Cleeve when I popped into your store. I would like to express my gratitude towards a gentleman on checkouts named Jack. He served me and has outstanding customer service, and went beyond the call of duty to ensure I got exactly what I came into store for (especially as some shelves were empty) . I was having a bit of a bad day , and Jacks infectious, cheerfulness and chatty nature and smile certainly helped and was just what I needed. Jack should receive recognition for his excellent service. I noticed as I left the following customer also thanked him for being so helpful. Next time I?m in store I will certainly look out for his till. Many thanks.

A very helpful young lady called Tia helped me today by carrying a large, heavy bag to my car. I have back pain and she offered to help after seeing me struggle. I was very impressed with her caring attitude and the fact that she took time out to help me.

I was very impressed by one of your staff today, who was on one of the tills ,her name was Kate and she showed extreme kindness to a Lady who had just paid for her Goods but was upset as she had just left her Huaband at home who has Cancer, she gave her a hug which meant a lot to her. Just visited Tesco's Bishops Cleeve, 10.15, shop was quiet and used the self-service till located right by the 2 assistants. Had problems with scanning. I had to call 1 assistant as the red light was flashing, which she eventually responded to, then the other assistant 3 times, she was so uncommunicative and miserable, each time. Next time I will go to a main till, or get home delivered.

Shop as expected.- 1 star: restricted car park- 1 star: trolleys are found all around local area, please put a system in place to make people return them.
