Amazing service. Rob was great helping me set up my new phone. New phones are something I find really confusing but Rob helped me set up the whole thing and explained everything I needed to know. Really friendly as well as all the staff at Tesco mobile Cheltenham.

Great phones and great prices BUT - Friday I decided to upgrade and looked online to see what was available. Noticed that when I moved house 14 months ago I updated billing address but not home address so updated it to match billing address. Get to store to be told as a result my account is locked for 3 days and can?t upgrade. Stupid rule given I had changed the address for billing 14 months ago AND if I was a new customer I could just walk in and buy in 5 mins. As a result I?m cancelling my account and going somewhere else.
