I arrived to load on narrow roads and traffic jams, sacrificing my Ekko point in the city, they come out and say your cargo has been sent. those. took another one, we are very sorry.

When you order an expedition, the owner needs to clarify and order or cancel another car from one company. Be careful, drivers have limited time and avoid the difficult roads without worrying about nerves and risk.

My daughter purchased a £200 or thereabouts leather jacket from Superdry's Plc Oxford Street 990 Store on the 22nd of November 2022. The security tag wasn't removed which has caused no end of grief. As she lives two hours away it's not possible to return to the store. She took the jacket to the Brighton store on the 28th December 2023 with a proof of purchase ands asked for the security tag to be removed. They were happy to remove it only they said they cannot as they don't use the same type of security tag. What an incompetent company. Not removing the security tag has caused my daughter, my wife and myself lots of grief and has taken the shine of what should have been a happy family day.

Ordered a pair of ladies shoes in size 4 from this company they arrived today one size 4 one size 5 attached and as a pair, obviously counterfeit and made in AsiaThey looked poorly made and not in a box as per the description on the eBay superdrystoreThis is extremely worrying as it looks like they are selling and distributing counterfeit goodsContacted them via eBay and they didn't help at all, didn't even offer a refundIt's extremely hard to get your money back and they won't send the correct pair out which is just disgracefulBeware of this company I'm going to report them to trading standards UK

Sort yourselves out!Ok so buy Jeans on the website! type in your size and get the size that the model is actually wearing and not whats in stock! Order jeans by mistake and call them up instantly to cancel order.. but oh no this cannot be done?The order has been processed and thats that... Well Superdry that is just pathetic!I will just turn the delivery driver away.. you are just wasting everyones time with something you could have just cancelled right there and then !!?I will take resposibility for my mistake.. but hows about you sort out the website and maybe just cancel an item when you are an actual company with modern day communications at you're disposal..!!Lets just hope I get my money back before the liquidators take it!
