An amazing place, run by amazing people
The building is beautiful, set in a beautiful location, but more importantly, the staff here are fantastic.
I could not have hoped for a better place for my father to spend his final days. Everyone in that place were amazing through every step.
They all made what was one of the saddest times, so much easier to cope with.
Thank you to everyone there, from the bottom of my heart.

A very big thank you to Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice for looking after mum before she passed away on Monday. It was wonderful to meet such a highly professional team of doctors and nurses passionate about providing first class hospice care. As well as offering excellent advice, they listened to any concerns mum or any of us had and did their utmost to ensure that mum was comfortable until the end. Mum described them as 'angels'. The reception, kitchen and housekeeping staff were also incredibly supportive. Combine this with the most amazing building, grounds and views and we couldn't have wanted a more wonderful place for mum to see out her final days.

My husband received excellent care from a brilliant team. They enabled him to take to the stage one last time 5 days before he died. It was all he wanted to do and gave him so much pleasure. They managed his pain relief and oxygen so this could happen I can never thank them enough.

My husband received very good care in the three weeks he was at sue Ryder but sadly the after care was dreadful. A nurse said that they would phone me when my husband was near the end of his time so I could be with him. They didn't phone so my husband passed alone without me which made me very sad. When I went to collect my husband's belongings the receptionist brought two bags out in reception no apologies for bringing the bags out in full view of visitors. Sue Ryder should think how they handle the aftercare of the people that are grieving. The receptionist should of taken me into the chapel along with a nurse to offer they're condolences and then hand me my husband's belongings. Think on....
