I highly recommend Karen?s 9.15 am class on a Friday at Studio 10. Karen is an excellent teacher and tailors the class to suit different skill levels. Its a proper body work out but good fun too!

My PT sessions with Seth involve Stretch; Pilates; and specific attention on my back (suffer with lower back pains) and latterly my left arm (cycling accident) - the combination of exercises and attention in my one on one sessions is a life line to me - I could not recommend more the skill and attention. I cannot wait to get back into the studio - Zoom sessions are just not the same - but nonetheless a godsend. Many thanks for the great help and support.

Lisa and Seth are fantastic. I absolutely love Pilates and that is mainly down to them, their teaching style and friendly approach to how they run their business. The studio is immaculate and so central. I highly recommend Studio 10 for all your workout and/or recovery needs.

Lisa and Seth are brilliant. Our class is a real mid week escape from work. Always feel so relaxed after our classes. Their knowledge and support around injuries and difficulties is excellent always offering alternatives to the exercises and stretches. Really love this class. Lisa and Seth are great teachers. Just the right mix of being patient, informative and fun. What really sets the studio apart is the attention to detail and close observation and advice during classes. They are always willing to make bespoke modifications too if you are carrying an injury. The studio is well equipped and designed and the class I?m part of also laugh a lot which is obviously great!
