Poor service and worse drinks.
Drink Served in dirty cup, ie dried coffee all around the outside. had to go back to ask for the cup to be replaced and teenagers running the place were unprofessional and uncaring, gave attitude.
Cappuccino was watery and far worse than a cheap Gregg?s coffee.
Not impressed and won?t be back to a Starbucks.

Horrible service. There attitude is horrible. Didn't even make our drinks properly. Left it in the blender. Chairs by the stairs. So the caramel cream iced latte doesn't come with cream??? Not impressed Starbucks I will not be coming back.

Perfectly decent Starbucks open a little later than the rest of town. A warm welcome from the barista as we entered made it a more relaxing experience dragging the family out for a post-show coffee.

The coffee was average, but the space on the second floor was spacious and had a good view. Drinking coffee while looking at the hsbc building in front makes you feel like you are in italy. I ordered a latte as a takeaway and took it out, and the menu said it was 3.70, but I was charged 3.75, so I inquired, and after discussing it with the staff for a while, they said it was the price of a cup.

Someone had put cinnamon sprinkles in the pot for chocolate sprinkles. Ruined my hot chocolate. Not happy :(

As always, the best coffee in the UK. There is a Cafe right in the center of the busy city. A place with soul and peace where time stands still and you can rest from everyday stress and chaos. It's worth coming here for a moment of rest from everyday life and drinking delicious aromatic coffee ??

Unfortunately every time I order a Deliveroo Starbucks there is always something wrong with the order. Either the milk tastes off, not enough syrup etc, I have tried to add notes on to Deliveroo but nothing changes. If you try call the store it is always busy. I love Starbucks but this particular one not so much.
