Rude staff, no one on shop floor to get the items.

Will not give you a cash refund on your purchases in store. Just a voucher for exchange. This is legal I now understand but it wasn't made clear to me before my purchase. Stay away from this horrible store at ALL costs.

Great store but the staff it?s amazing. Had one lovely staff helping the whole male department whilst three others were hanging around the front of the store!

No point of coming here. No staff to help you. Spend nearly 30 minutes to find out a staff member to buy a shoes. ?

This store stands out for its wide variety of sports equipment, apparel, and accessories. The store is always impeccably clean and well organised, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for. The staff are a real asset, always friendly, approachable, and happy to assist, which significantly enhances the overall visit. Also, lots of parking available makes visits hassle free. The store is constantly busy, but in a good way,!

Waiting at the refund till upstairs for 10 mins, noone there. Waited at the downstairs till for 10 mins in a queue to be told you can't get refunds or exchanges at that till and to wait up stairs. Took almost 30 mins for a 30 second transaction. Avoid

I feel not comfortable with some staff in the store. I noticed all staff is not smile, not friendly and cold. Better next time I will use online than face to not friendly staff. I won?t come back again.

I felt really uncomfortable with someone following me around the store; it made it difficult for me to check on things when this lady with a lot of make up on was getting in my way. When I finally decided to pay, there was no cashier available! It's ironic how the shop assistance made sure I wouldn't steal, but when it was time to make a purchase, there was no one there to take my money. I definitely won't be returning to that store. I love my personal space, and don't like being stalked.

Return policy is awful for customers!! Impossible to get a refund, nobody informed us at time of purchase even though we said it was a gift. Asked member of staff serving to explain more to us and was met with ?oh i dunno just company policy?. Now have a credit note of money I?d rather not spend with this awful company ?

Sport Direct is a great shop for all sports and sportwear. Fairly good price for all the sport brands they sell. Have a good range of footwear. It can be quite busy and will have to be patient most times. If you order from their website, you can't return your order in store and have to do it through online, and and there returns policy is no money bank only credit note to spend online ir in store or exchanges. Just so everyone knows. I work with sports direct and is a good place to keep you active and busy.
