I received a very curt refusal by the optometrist to measure my pupil distance during a sight test. He was very clear that this was to encourage me to buy glasses from this shop.
I would dearly love to buy spectacles on the high street and have somewhere reliable to bring them to be cleaned and straightened. My choice to buy glasses online is not one of economics.
Unfortunately Specsavers Cheltenham simply doesn't sell frames that I like enough to have front and centre on my face for ~16 hours a day.
