Absolute waste of my time. I booked a day off work and I received a message at 5:30 pm the night before my appointment, cancelling with no reason.
They expected me to rebook and wait another month!
Absolutely useless service.

Eye test using my employer's eyecare voucher scheme. Friendly, knowledgeable staff throughout, but slightly short handed, which led to a long queue on arrival. My glasses arrived quickly (7 days) and were fitted/adjusted by another friendly member of staff.

Had my best experience of any opticians this weekend with my daughters, after using another branch for the past decade. We were greeted by very friendly staff, and the optician took his time with my girls' eye tests (they used to be in hospital care due to their eyesight) and the rest of the team were patient (and fun!) with my girls while they were choosing their frames. They were apologetic when explaining the price had gone up for the lense thinning (not their fault but appreciate this as its quite a hike!-maybe specsavers as a company could look into a discount for children's lense thinning?) But more than happy to pay for such an in depth service. I have made my own appointment for next month and will definitely be visiting in the future with my husband too :) thank you for restoring my faith in specsavers!

Apparantly specsavers don't make Safety glasses to fit women. My only option was a pair that are way too big and no options to order smaller ones
