Parking beware! We parked a Smyths, did a large shop. Then we went to get lunch in the Mcdonalds Oposite. Strangly this meant that we went over the parking limit! I regret going to an actual shop to support the high street. I'll just use Amazon from now on.

Went in this afternoon @ Cheltneham store to do some Christmas shopping and was helped by Ben he was very helpful and knew about the right toys to buy for my 7 month old.

Thank you to the team member who on Saturday 4 November was incredibly patient with my son and I when choosing his Pokémon cards, and for being so kind. Thanks again ?. Also loved the Christmas mini sets in store.

The senior employee at the Cheltenham Branch entrance is in need of some serious customer service training. This Englishman talked so fast I had to ask him 3 times to repeat himself which he didn't like? WTH? Maybe he doesn't like working on Sundays or is just another non individual person who thinks his level of communication is acceptable well, its not!!!!?On a better note the remainder of the experience was excellent from the check out assistant to the gentleman who brought out our item. Thankyou Katie you did a great job

Absolutely shameful and disrespectful staff at this store, I purchased an electrical item that refused to charge and was told that they didn't have the means to test it and yet they have determined that it's fine. Currently working with the bank to get my money back

My wife and I went into this store on Sunday to learn a bit about pram sets and car seats. We were helped by Katie who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, polite and professional. We had a lot of questions from some very basic levels and Katie was extremely patient and did a fantastic job of showing us through the ranges and options. She attentively listened and asked good questions and dealt with us both equally. I don't review often, but this member of staff is an absolute credit to the company and deserves maximum recognition for her commitment to the store and it's customers.

Mort was very helpful, patient and kind in helping us. We made a great purchase, thank you. Also the lady assistant who helped retrieve things from the top shelf.l for us to try.

We purchased little toy car for my little one. We were asked for sample to test his height and they told maybe some kid left that toy somewhere. Then they showed different toy and height should be same. We bought that car and checked the height at home. But its not suitable for him. We request smyths for exchange to different product and they replied they cant. I never see such kind of response from them. Now entire product money is waste for us.

I came into the store in the hopes of finding some forntnite toys however to my misfortune was informed by the very helpful retail assistant Shane that they unfortunately had removed most of their fortnite toys, please bring them back!
