It?s a Shell petrol station but they don?t sell Shell Helix oil? Absolutely useless and tried to get me to buy the cheap Triple R stuff. I would not be going here any time soon for sure

I bought a loaf of bread that was a day before its best before date. As it was after 10pm, the shop was closed for walk ins so the bread was handed to me over the window. As I was eating, it tasted stale and so I looked at the best before date- that's when I noticed it was a day before best before date. Next morning, I went instore and explained to the cashier, who was extremely not only rude but also condescending. I informed him I had taken out 2 slices and I would replace them when he replaced my loaf. Completely refused, making it appear as I had intended to steal the 2 slices and said I had to see the manager. I waited for the manager but had to leave as I was between shifts. I went back, manager was still not in and he couldn't tell me exactly when the manager would come in, number on the website doesn't work. I asked him for the shop telephone number and he reluctantly gave it. I am extremely disappointed, the lack of professionalism and rudeness I experienced from the Indian guy was appaling. Its more than just a loaf of bread, its the principle.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The staff member at the till ? an Indian Tamil man named Thangesh or Thangiyah ? was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was listening to music while serving customers, barely paying attention, and responded in a disrespectful tone when questioned.
I picked up a bottle of Coke clearly marked at £1.99 on the shelf, but he tried to charge me more at the till. When I pointed out the shelf price, he dismissively claimed the price had increased, without
any explanation or courtesy. His behaviour was not only unhelpful but downright unpleasant ? arrogant and completely lacking in basic customer service skills.
This kind of attitude is disgraceful and reflects very poorly on the establishment. Staff should be trained to treat customers with respect and professionalism. I will not be returning unless this is addressed.

Rude Indians or pakistaneze whatever they are, need s to be more educated. And speak nice with customers when asked fot help, will never use services here.

Don't know who that Indian guy with the weird haircut behind the counter is, but always surly, rude and never says please or thanks.

Disgusting.
Health and safety please investigate.
Yesterday my wife went inside to this Petrol Station to change our daughter's nappy and she found the toilet it was disgustingly dirty.
And the small is horrible.
I have used other Shell Petrol Station and NOT EVEN ONE has this problem.
The staff is careless and very very dirty.
A while ago one guy from the till has an open wound at his hand without a bandage and he was serving the customers, at a point he sold a child a chocolate, THAT IS NOT SAFE.
Hope the management can see how careless is this Manager from this Petrol Station and to do something about it.

I?m extremely shocked and disappointed with the rude attitude I have faced today at the station.After some issues with the terminal, I have challenged someone who supposed to serve me (no uniform, no badge), if he knew what he is doing? He told me to shut up on multiple occasions in front of other clients!!. He refused to provide his name, then I took a photo of the badge of the second staff member, just to make sure that I can refer to someone with the correct name. Both of them started shouting and being angry that I dared to take the photo of the badge . They have threatened me that I have to delete the photo and show them my phone if I don?t do this they will call the police just because I took the photo of the badge.I?m shocked and not sure if they were some illegal emigrants or just people who don?t suppose to be there . After a long conversation they told me that I can complain and they don?t care , one of them finally told me his name was Kanan and the other Thanush . Very rude people. Avoid this people and the garage they don?t suppose to be at shell petrol station, serving public with this aggressive behaviour!!!!!

Dreadful service on multiple occasions. Attendee lies about the gas canisters all be empty. Quite clearly not empty as they have the yellow seal on them, but they can?t be bothered to open the cage to sell them. So frustrating when there are so few places in Cheltenham to get calor canisters.

Used to be good. Unlike all other late night off-licencesed places, it has a great range of late night booze. instead of just having 70cl Smirnoff/Bells and all other brand names at Tesco rate plus 12% (so about £18.99) plus full fat and, what's worse, caffeinated Coke at £3.99 twin pack only. Here you could buy different sizes, and different quality for your pocket problems if you have them.Luckily still there hence the 2 stars.Before they had this really sweet guy who maybe wasn't the sharpest nail in the box but he was customer service orientated. Friendly and just a good sign.Now they have this rude gonk who is NEVER there. Always rudely says he needed the toilet. Oh yeah, what about the last six times. Remarkable how my approach gives a note of prescience to his innards! Also no matter how simple the request, re looks baffled and has to go through twice. Now I'm all for getting things right. But 1 20cl vodka that is right next to him. Jeez.Final issue is the garage and the pump labelling you can see why people could fill up diesel with petrol. Look at these pics. Same colour label for diesel and petrol and same colour tubes too!
