I had a fantastic visit to this petrol station. The facility is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making my stop quick and hassle-free. What truly made the experience memorable was the friendly and attentive staff, especially Maya, who was incredibly kind and went out of her way to assist me.
The convenience store is well-stocked with a variety of snacks and essentials, and the restrooms were spotless. Whether you're refueling or grabbing supplies, this station offers a smooth and pleasant experience.
Highly recommended for the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere!

On two separate occasions of visiting to use the car wash, I was served by the same customer assistant who has made me feel unwelcome and as if my custom isn't wanted. Snappy responses, rude tone of voice, and a general chip on their shoulders. I won't be coming back.
The only reason it's getting two stars is because the car wash is actually decent and does the job.

Poor food but terrible customer service
Purchase this stake & pie was basically cremated dry and tbh disgusting, I take it back for refund, all I got was ( you like to get another one? ) I say no thank you just wasted my time have to go back to get my money back! The woman in the till was so bad on customer service I don?t think I be back and no even an apology for the inconvenience almost make me feel I was on the wrong for bringing the food back for a refund, very sad

Extremely rude assistant. The man serving me threw his stool on the floor and stomped to the till when I asked politely if the "off licence section" of the shop was open.

Best petrol station I ever visit. Staff very helpful and friendly. Place tidy and organised.Shell should take example of this staff how to run and present petrol station. That was real pleasure.

Served by an assistant eating with extremely bads manner no please or thank you. She was not wearing a mask, her hands were in contact with her mouth then serving customers. In breach of covid regulations, absolutely dreadful customer service.
