Zoey at Sheldon Bosley Knight was very professional, approachable and supportive through every step of the buying process. I had not bought a house for many years, so I often had to ask basic questions which Zoey was always quick to answer and she was so reassuring over any concerns I had. I would highly recommend Zoey and her colleague Jane and I give them a five star rating without any hesitation and I am so happy with my new home!

Sheldon Bosely Knight have been exceptional in my selling process. Janie and Zoey have gone above and beyond to be there every step of the way. Selling can be a stressful process, and having an estate agency that gives you 100 percent all of the time really makes a huge difference to your experience. Called Sheldon Bosley Knight Winchcombe, we previously viewed houses with the company and cannot thank Zoey enough, being first time buyers, it all seemed very daunting but Zoey made buying our first home so exciting, we never felt like we were wasting her time, we are so pleased we found Zoey and will definitely contact her again if we ever move. Jaine set up and met us on viewings, she is extremely thorough and professional. We really appreciated how she was on top of things and kept us fully informed with a full and comprehensive knowledge of the housing market, her understanding of the local area, and the amenities available.From our experience she was the most informative and efficient person to deal with even calling us later ( as pre-agreed) in the evening to keep us updated. If were were to sell in the future we would definitely use Jaine.
