Never been in a Schuh before. They had the exact shoes I had wanted, for cheaper.
Even gave me a protective coating for only a fiver. Big thank you to all the three of the girls but especially the blonde haired girl in a blue shirt. Thanks for being so helpful!

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. Not being a Karen but if you lack basic human decency and manners as a store leader (one wearing a dark haired ponytail today, oldish) then maybe retail isn?t for you, and you shouldn?t slag off customers to your colleagues in front of them, especially if they?ve not been a Karen.

Charlotte helped me try on many pairs of sandals, and advised me on the best functionality as I haven?t worn them before. I found the perfect pair and she was so lovely and helpful to both me and my friend, who also made a purchase. We both left saying how great the customer service provided by Charlotte was. We will definitely be back again :)

Some of the nicest customer service I?ve ever received, I took back my docks that I?d brought in March as they were starting to crack in only a couple of months (faulty product no fault of the shop) and with no fuss at all the girl I was speaking to got her manager who solved the problem and exchanged them for me no problem!!

Great shop to get trending shoes. You can also easily order online and send it to your store if what you want isn't already there. Staff are helpful and kind.

My partner and I came in yesterday 10 minutes before closing time which is something we don?t usually do as we know that the staff just want to get ready to go home after a long day but all the staff, especially Nia, could not of been more welcoming and helpful to us. Some of the best customer service both of us have ever experienced - Thanks Nia and thanks Schuh!

Welcoming and helpful staff. If anyone is looking for: steel toe boots / construction shoes / earth boots in the Cheltenham or Gloucester area - they sell them at Shoezone (opposite Millets) in central Cheltenham. Schuh does not sell steel toe shoes.

Not a bad shoe shopping experience although I was surprised that Cavendish House were cheaper for Puma Suedes; plain black were £44.99 at Shuh yet they were only £35 at Cavendish House.Shuh have plenty of staff and sales assistants so the service is very good, and the product knowledge from the staff also appeared good. So from the moment we entered the store with the 'greet' to when we left the service was good.We bought a pair of Shuhs own smart white deck type shoes, which were really good value for money reduced to £16.99 - which isn't bad for a pair of shoes these days.The store was nice & busy. Prices still seem a bit high, even in the sale, but no issues around availability of sizes, so often the case at other stores.

Coming from a guy with a stutter, the staff at Schuh are extremely welcoming, patient and helpful. I will be going back there more often. Highly recommend.

I wish I made a note of the name of the girl who helped me today, but I just want to take the time to shout out to her and say thanks for helping me. I have awful feet and it takes some time to find shoes that are comfortable for my flat feet- she was patient and spent time with me and listened to find a pair that worked for me. Eventually she recommended a brand I hadn?t tried and they were perfect! Unfortunately they didn?t have my size so I had to order from the brand?s website but it really showed how she cared about my needs!! Can?t wait to get my new Teva sandals :)
