Chaotic store - staff are so busy re-stocking shelves there is often a long wait at the tills. As for the self-service tills-there is no room to put your shopping once you?ve scanned; if you have alcohol you often wait a long time before a member of staff verifies your age. It?s a shame because otherwise the shop is well-stocked and very convenient.

The new female manager with a blonde ponytail who stomps around with her keys swishing round her neck provides quite an uncomfortable environment to shop in. It's a shame to see the former, lovely staff have left.

This Sainsbury's Local is always my go to place if I need anything which I can get from a supermarket. It has the variety and availability of products covered and the staff are always best and friendly to assist the customers. The managers never fail to amaze by their friendliness and polite attitude towards customers. I appreciate that!

Average selection, not as good as the co-op down the road. Disinterested staff. If you get in and out with the basics you're good. But if the self service doesn't work expect a long wait...the customer is not the priority here! That said if things work smoothly they cover the basics well.

A big recognition to Scott?. Security staff. He dealt with a very difficult situation with member of the public today. He spoke to me on the phone in a very caring and professional manner. When I arrived at the store to help he remained supportive and helped the individual to my car. I was very touched by his empathy and care towards her.
Thank you Scott for stepping in when most would walk the other way casting judgement.

Clean, Staff are friendly and never have a problem with the self - service machines. Good selection of necessities and other treats, which is better compared to other local stores.

Its stocks enough but still need to make the odd trip to tesco as it doesn't have a great selection very limited.
