Hello, I would like to thank manager Jayjay who assisted me over the phone. Here?s what happened: I placed my order through Uber Eats but forgot to add spring onions (a necessary ingredient for a sauce) that we were making at home for the burger. I couldn?t change it through the app, so I called Sainsbury?s, and Jayjay (fantastic) said he would add the spring onions at no cost and saved our burger night. Quality service and excellent support. The staff take ages to show up to approve purchases. Although, this isn't entirely their fault. just how Sainsburys set it up with staff stocking shelves when there should be someone up front.

Horrible customer service. Sent me the wrong things and refused to give me the right items and said it isn?t their problem. Overcharged for the wrong items. Ordered two smoothies and they have given me the small version but taken the price of the large one. Robbing loyal customers. Don?t EVER order from here. They have done this twice now and have refused to fix it.

I go in here most days and the staff are usually exceptionally friendly and and welcoming but this evening I went in two shutters were pulled down over the meat and fish section. I just peered behind (there was no sign or anything saying this section was closed) and a male colleague shouted at me ?It?s closed for a reason!? in a rude and extremely unprofessional manner. This happened just now. His conduct falls far below what is usually expected at this store!

We order from uber eats ordered buns cheese and burgers our burgers never came , if they was sold out i would get that but they wasn't we ordered 2 4 packs of fresh burgers and we didnt get them

Today I came into the shop and I had a full on panic attack couldn't breath and stop crying and a young lad called kobi noticed me came over and took me to one side and done some breathing exercises with me to get me out of it. I literally can't thank this person enough panic attacks can be very scary and he really helped me so again thank you kobi !!

4) A shop staffed by girls and boys who subject adults they don?t know to illegal harassment. All should be aware that harassment, name-calling, stalking or groundless smearing of women behind their backs are all illegal, misogynistic and criminal. None of the above repulsive conduct has any place in a civilised society, so any shop where staff engage with it at any point is in breach of any remit and operates in contempt of the law and basic decency. Shame on them.
