There is a limited selection compared to wh smith but the staff are more helpful and friendlier. It?s slightly more pricey compared to its competitors but if you want bespoke products such as Japanese brush pens, then I?d look here first.

I'm a regular shopper in Ryman.
I went into the Cheltenham store today and the young man who served me was abrupt and quite rude. So if I see him working next time I need to go in, I just won't as he has deterred me.

Needed a printing service done ASAP. I called them up and was able to print and collect same day very quick via email. The staff are very nice and helpful, Jamie in particular. Thanks!

I went in to post a parcel via dhl but unfortunately the system was down. Jamie took my number and promised to call me once it was up again....I didn't believe he would, but guess what, he did. Went back a day later and he was very helpful and kind. You have an asset in Jamie. I only gave 5 starts because the isn't an option for higher.
