Been to collect a prescription for some tablets for a heart condition...
Although it was all there they couldn't hand it to me as there was no pharmacist in !!!
Seems at best to be disorganised and at worst potentially quite dangerous if you need medication urgently.......

Every time I go there, I?m stood in a queue for ages and waste time.
Phoned up in the morning and asked if my prescription would be ready to collect at around 13:00 on my lunch, I was told yes.
I got there and was told to come back later because the pharmacist was on lunch, this happens every time and is a waste of time.
The pharmacist needs a lunch break and that?s fine but god sake get someone to cover for them and stop promising stuff to be ready when it?s clearly not.
This pharmacy has been terrible for the 8 years I?ve lived here and I hate going there unless I?m desperate.

They never have any medication for prescriptions. The staff are rude and lie about having your prescriptions and there's always a 30 wait in a queue. They also hang up on you as and when they want.

They didn't communicate that the repeat prescription medication was unavailable until I called to collect, I had to find it myself elsewhere

The two stars are solely for the staff, who are pleasant. The rest of the review are correct services is quite slow, but the bigger issue is that they still don?t accept Signature RX. The point of that is for people to be able to pick up their prescriptions anywhere, and for pharmacies to easily be able to do what they need to do via their online system. The fact that I have to walk over a mile to get the medication I need because they won?t bother setting this up is disgusting.

Very slow service did not seem to be able to find any scripts, long queue >10 people and staff member in the background stood drinking coffee and genuinely smirking at the queue instead of helping out when it appears to me that more than one staff member needed to be serving the queue.

Slower service than boots in the centre of Cheltenham. And that's saying something.If you want to just buy supplies, go elsewhere, because there is no separate queue for prescription collection. Each prescription takes about 5 minutes to collect, so the queue builds quickly!I do find them reliable for when I do have prescriptions to collect, but the wait times are killer.

Sorry to say that based on three experiences at this pharmacy the service is poor. The items we need on prescription are always out of stock and the system they have to identify a prescription doesn?t appear to be very easy for the staff to use. The result being a very long wait at the till whilst staff come back and forth asking for a name, a birthday - it appears to be a real head scratcher! I imagine there must be a more efficient way to log and retrieve prescriptions?A customer just handed me the ?how do we do? feedback form as we stood rolling our eyes at how long it was taking the staff to find our medicines. The final straw it seems is that the QR code on the feedback form doesn?t work and the web address given leads you to a German website showing an error message in German!Come on Rowland?s you can do better that this! Think of all the sick people feeling stressed by your service and try a bit harder please!

The staff don't communicate well at all, and had to get my gp and the pharmacy in charge to get things sorted, he was very helpful. And hopefully everything is sorted out now...so they need to keep this up to go forward ?

I was served by Susan, she is a great manager and very helpful as well as great costumer service and prompt respond to equiries, highly recommended local pharmacy

Now moving to a different nominated pharmacy, it may be further out but between them encouraging you to use an online service that doesn't actually fully serve the needs of customers, and the majority of staff who don't seem to have manners (except one lady who is very polite) I just do not want to spend time or money here
