Was looking to buy a new Samsung OLED tv and found Richer Sounds online and went to visit the Cheltenham shop. Really nice experience. Bought the tv we were after at a great price and it was delivered 2 days later. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

I came in today and I think an amazing gentleman called Rich talked to me about a Denon stereo. He took his time, genuinely wanting to discuss the pros about the equipment in stock. One of the best shopping experience I have had in years.

I went in to purchase headphones. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. They explained the options available and I was given lots of different items to listen to in order to find the one that was best for me. I had plenty of time to listen through each headphone so I came away confident that I had made the right choice.

I?ve just purchased a new Phillips 55? Tv from yourselves and I had the pleasure of speaking/ dealing with Gaetan. He was very French, helpful and knowledgeable. We got talking about the football and then I found out he was an Arsenal fan. This changed my opinion on him straight away and I told him he should support a proper team like Aston Villa. All jokes aside he is a big credit to Richer Sounds and I would highly recommend him. Thank you, Gaetan.

So I bought a record player from elsewhere & could not get it to work .. they went above & beyond & sorted it for me ! My TV is old so will defo buy from them in future , & they did not have to help me out in the first place . So kind & helpful people . Another wonderful Richer Sounds experience yesterday when we spent an hour in the demo room with Gaetan and our planned purchase. It was like spending time with an interesting, knowledgeable family friend. he was an absolute star and a credit to RS. Not just a visit to a store but a warm, enjoyable experience with a very, very nice bloke and his colleagues. Recommended, recommended, recommended! Merci beaucoup et à bientôt Gaetan!

I have bought many items in past and needed an item. upon calling shop asked eastern European guy to repeat what he said as I couldn't understand, he went mad calling me a racist, this is what is wrong with our society. This is not the way you would want your business conducted how much money is he costing company as upon speaking to other friends there using other hifi shop as he is difficult at best of times.
Several customer services courses needed at least, hope head office see's this used to be good store
