My husband took 4 items in to the upstairs changing room
The young lady who checks out how much you take in was the rudest, most unapproachable, none verbal person I have ever come across
No eye contact or a smile when I ask a question
When I told her I left 2 items in the back and took 2 items with me, absolutely no response, not even a grunt.
Why are you employing people who have no people skills in a shop
I don?t expect everyone smiling and chatting all the time, but a little smile and communication would help,
Totally different at the till in the children/mens department, 2 lovely smiling helpful staff
Just in case you want a word with the young lady

There?s a good range of clothing and at very good prices. You pretty much know where you stand with primark, it?s cheap clothes and ?ok? quality.
This store however, has fallen into the same trap as its other branches and similar retailers on the high street; making it too narrow to shop because there are too many stands on the floor.
It?s annoying, all too common and makes me reluctant to go there. I want to go shopping without the pain of negotiating with other customers on the ?right of way? through the stands. I also want to shop without little Timmy or his mum bumping into me or elbowing me numerous times.

Worse store I've been in asked for a shirt that was on a maniqun and as it was my size and all other shirts were x large and they wouldn't allow me to buy that one the manager Nathan was absolutely awful and unprofessional also I'm disabled and lift were out of order and escalators were down! Awful store.

I don't get it what is the business strategy of these businesses, even for a paper bag you need to pay. It's very disappointing. You are paying for a bag that can't be used for a second time. There is something called courtesy- people

long af queue, the cashiers and customers would converse with eachother while holding up the queue.
srsly, i went it took nearly 15 minutes for me to pay for my stuff and go because of this.
If you cashiers want to chat up people and start a convo, do it on your own time, not when your at work and when people who have places to be and stuff to do, just want to pay for things!

It happened to me 3 times that I paid cash and the cashier didn?t give me my change. You had to ask and they then had to get the manager to come and open the till. Put me off paying with cash now because I forgot to ask for my change in my last visit.

I liked shop in primark... but...Few years ago my family went to shop there.Some alderly lady had a fall in escalator, and my dearest husband was comforting her while she was laying on the escalator with injured head for about 30 min.,thinking help will arrive soon.I stopped my shopping cause of this.No one from managment came in to help her.Then security guy told me off.I found it was akward approach to me as a customer and a wife of husband who was looking after that lady....Since that I found unease to shop there.The guard always stearing at me there...Such an unwelcoming upproach to the customer there...It is eventually put me off enjoying shop there...I am a very sensitive and sensible person and this makes me feel frastrated.
