Absolutely brilliant! We rocked up unexpectedly on a very cold Friday night! We were seated immediately and the restaurant was lovely and warm and a great atmosphere. Our waitress was so attentive and polite. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious (burgers and lasagnas) and our drinks were brought out so quickly. We will definitely eat there again- would recommend for a great night out!

My son booked a table for today for a special occasion, the food was not up to scratch it was tasteless and the bologna?s hardly any meat in at all this was very disappointing would not eat there again.
Parking: Plenty of parking.

Not a good experience. Disappointed.
My Italian food has more taste for a fraction of the price.
Was seated and were waiting over 30mins for someone to take drinks orders.
The table wasn't laid with cutlery.
Starters arrived with mains instead of as starters.
Me and my partner ordered the same. It was tasteless, AND hers did not have herb garnish, so there isn't consistency in the food.

We've eaten here a few times over the years and have always found the service and food to be reliably good. So we popped in this afternoon after 4.30pm prior to the Christmas lights being switched on for an early evening dinner.
When we walked in there were a handful of tables taken, yet the atmosphere looked good, nice and bright with the Christmas decorations.
We asked for a table for two but were told they were due around 90 guests from 5 pm, so they had nothing available. It was shame and disappointing but a little surprised as knowing the restaurant there's plenty of dining, both on the ground and the firat floor dining areas that could easily have soaked up the 90 guets and then some.
So we left, but then my wife went online and was able to see that we could book a table, at the same restaurant, at 5 pm, only we didn't. Now that's really disappointing. When you walk around Cheltenham town centre, most town centres for that matter, there are quite a few empty retail and restaurant units, restaurants make up a fairly large portion of those that are empty. It seems very strange in the current economic climate that any restaurant, business for that matter, would turn away any sort of custom..
Never mind, maybe next time.
So we stayed online and booked a table at the town's other Prezzo, in the Brewery Quarter where there was a really good atmosphere.

Lovely atmosphere, fantastic staff and fresh hot food delivered quickly. The staff really worked hard to ensure we got to our theatre booking in plenty of time. Just lovely as we really miss our Gloucester branch since it closed down.
Wheelchair accessibility: The staff are very accommodating but the entrance doors are an absolute pain for a wheelchair user.

We booked through the website. When we arrived we were told it was fully booked though and they had noticed us that they had to cancel our booking through email... They should have at least called us. It was late and it took us another hour to find a place to eat.

Visited here on the off chance they had a table, as we were in Cheltenham for the Literature Festival. It was 11.45 and we were a party of 2 adults and 2 children. The restaurant was empty apart from 2 members of staff, a gentleman and a lady sat at a table on a laptop. The gentleman checked with the lady and then replied they were fully booked. We left rather disgruntled. We checked availability online, after leaving, and to our surprise we could of booked a table for 12.15. They either have something against females, children or they didn't want any customers.

Haven't been to a Prezzo for ages due to bad service, but in Cheltenham, the service was excellent and food was fab. Actually the service was really, really good, very attentive without being over the top.

Couldn?t order Pizza because they?d run out of dough, food was very bland and extra drinks were forgotten and had to be chased. For the price it was very disappointing.

Drinks and food good, service was ok, unfortunately meal was then completely ruined when asking for a coffee at 21:30. ?Sorry the machine is closed down for the night?. Ok, so can we have limoncello please. It was as warm as the coffee we were not allowed to have? A very poor experience.

Went there in June, had a very disappointing meal, wasn?t given the chance to complain as the service was so bad a table check wasn?t done. I complained to customer services and after over a week of waiting for a response, I got a very generic response saying it will be mentioned to the area manager and will be improved going forwards, and they hope to see me again. Sorry but that won?t be happening. If you like soggy pizza or pasta with very little chicken for £16.95 per dish carry on and go there. WORST MEAL at a Prezzo ever.

We were booked to have a Red Letter Day Experience meal. the Manager at this Restaurant was one of the rudest Greeters/ managers i have ever encountered. We did not stay as she asked us to leave.We went to Ask Italia a few hundred yards away and were treated as we should have been. Avoid this place while this Manager works there. Dreadful experience will never go there again. changed my red letter day to a different company
