There?s a good food selection and healthier options compared to most other coffee shops in the area. The coffee though is unfortunately bitter and very unpleasant.

Usual pret offering but dated interior

I'm a big fan of Pret ? I love their sandwiches and usually enjoy eating in-store when I?m in town. But I?ve had a recurring issue when ordering delivery via Uber Eats from this location.
More often than not, items show as available on the Uber Eats menu, but after placing the order, I get a call from the store telling me they?re actually out of stock. I wouldn't mind so much if they asked me what I'd like instead, but in many cases, they just say they?re sending me something else ? often whatever hasn?t sold that day ? without checking if that?s okay.
It?s disappointing when you?re looking forward to a specific item and end up with something completely different, especially if it?s not something you?d normally choose.
I still really like Pret and will keep ordering, but I hope they can improve how their stock is synced with delivery apps, and maybe try a bit harder to offer real alternatives when something's unavailable.

Absolutely bad meaner manger, she got attitude issues constantly with customers. We are regulars to this place, we have noticed every time she got issues with customers.
We go for enjoy the coffee, not for her bad attitude.

Only stopped for a coffee. Lady taking the order was friendly enough but girl serving the coffee didn't say boo to a goose and I detest getting a takeaway cup when you are drinking in. More waste but less washing up for the staff - this is more and more typical!

Can?t understand the bad reviews. We visited on a busy Saturday afternoon and served really quickly. Staff were welcoming and efficient despite being over run with customers. Drinks were hot and the store was immaculately clean.

Wrong order. When phoned to explain. No apology. Very rude, with no suggestion of help. Made me feel it was my fault! Will not be using again!

Despite all the bad reviews I?ve seen I think the work the staff put in to get your drink quickly for you is great. I am in and out most days and despite a few staff that don?t talk much they always make me feel welcome. My drink is already on the till ready for me when I come to order ?
