There’s a good food selection and healthier options compared to most other coffee shops in the area. The coffee though is unfortunately bitter and very unpleasant.

I'm a big fan of Pret — I love their sandwiches and usually enjoy eating in-store when I’m in town. But I’ve had a recurring issue when ordering delivery via Uber Eats from this location.
More often than not, items show as available on the Uber Eats menu, but after placing the order, I get a call from the store...
