It's the Premier inn, comfortable & clean. Breakfast was nice and reasonable in price. A bit away from the town and taxis are more expense Cheltenham week, close to shops/small shopping centre.

Arrived a bit late. Brewers fare place next door, so I won't for a drink and was just after nine . No chance, told quite harshly the bar was shut. Come on, loads of people sitting drinking. Unfortunately not surprised but to make paying customers happy folks need to go the extra mile. As it happens a diner kicked off, screamed and stormed out so maybe I dodged a bullet after all.

We arrived from Manchester too early to check in, so we went straight to the festival. On our return later that evening we were given a room on the 1st floor. We asked Beth if we could have a ground floor room. She worked her magic to accommodate us, and nothing was too much trouble for her.Thank you, Beth, a huge credit to Premier Inn. See you again soon.

Hotel was clean and ideally located. To travel into Cheltenham. Booked breakfast and dinner as well.Food & drinks: Breakfast excellent quality. Good range of food available. Evening meal large portions but I found the food tasteless. Price was good value. Would only have the breakfast in future.

First time at a Premier Inn. The staff were lovely. Spacious rooms. Mega comfy split mattresses so no being woken up by wriggly partner. Good free WiFi. Couldn't fault it.

I stay here normally once a year with my Father in Mid July for the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF FAIRFORD in Gloucestershire. Always enjoy our stays and yes we are booked in for later on this year.This past weekend however, I had a weekend staying here to enable me to travel to a Railway Event in Worcestershire. Wayyyyy cheaper than the accommodation that I was looking at, closer to my preferred location, but with it being an approximately 40 min drive each way, it was still doable, without being tooo far.Throughly enjoyed my stay over this past weekend (05-08/01/2024), the Staff were very polite & helpful & even informed me of a safer place to park my car. I will be looking at more stays in the future.

Easy parking, comfortable rooms and a good night's sleep ... about all you could ask for from a hotel for the night. On site breakfast (and other meals) provided next door.Rooms: Quiet, comfortable.Food & drinks: Eatery next door.

Leann has been amazing every time we have stayed for work. She always makes us feel welcome and it is like a ho.e away from home. Good amenities opposite and a beefeater next door. Staff there greet us with a smile

On arrival to the premier inn the lady on reception Leann was very welcoming and extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location and again very helpful staff that are always keen to help
