“I visited the Cheltenham store on 6th August and was greeted by various members off staff...working myself in retail and in a customer facing role i know how important recognition is by customers when you give great service....I was guided & directed by a young lady called Jen. She is a very knowledgeable and a credit to the company. She guided me and gave me various options in purchasing a collar and various items for my new puppy ?. She in my opinion a great asset to pets at home & exceeded customer service above & beyond ..many thanks”
