As sellers, we appreciated the support and advice from Neil Buck during the fraught period between agreeing terms with our buyers and exchange of contracts. Sam Smith gave us her attention to detail whenever needed. However, we had to reduce our price to agree a sale and Perry Bishop's fee was based on the original offer price - in retrospect we wished we had agreed a percentage fee arrangement.

We engaged Perry Bishop to market our detached country property on the outskirts of Cheltenham. They delivered a good standard of service, from excellent photos and brochures to excellent internet coverage. Always professional and friendly in our conversations and meetings, listening to our concerns and adapting accordingly.
Estate Agents often get bad press but in our experience Perry Bishop were excellent.

Beware of renting through Colburn Properties when Perry Bishop is acting as your agent. The deposit return process is slow, poorly communicated, and includes unfair deductions. What should be straightforward becomes a stressful and frustrating experience ? tenants deserve far better.

We have just completed our house sale and it's been a great pleasure using Perry Bishop with Abby Sutcliffe advising us and Neil and team supporting. We changed estate agents to Perry Bishop after 12 months and then quickly achieved the full asking price and completed.
It must further be said Abby recommended a great local solicitor ( the previous estate agent used one in another county !!!).
Well done Perry Bishop, selling a house in not as straight forward as when we bought it 30 years ago, but the process was smoothly and enthusiastically driven along.

We used Abigail Sutcliffe for our house sale after talking to a couple of estate agents in Cheltenham. We got the impression that Abby would go the extra mile to achieve our sale. Abby did a great job to find our buyer and manage the process through. This included communication with all levels of the chain, including having a good relationship with the agent we were buying from. All of this helped greatly with the sale process. Abby was also available at any time on any day: early mornings, evenings, weekends - nothing was too much trouble. Due to us having rather specific purchase requirements and being concerned it was going to take a long time to find the right property for us, we chose to sell our own property with discreet marketing, i.e. not on Rightmove etc. Abby used her contacts well, finding the right buyer and managed expectations with them well.
I would definitely recommend Abby.

The team at Perry Bishop Cheltenham performed well during the sale of my fathers? house. The property was very much a ?doer upper? so was not the easiest to shift. However, once a realistic price was established and a time waster dealt with, the property was sold quickly and efficiently.
