all the staff here are lovely and welcoming, instantly greeted by warm welcomes, the food is excellent and extremely tasty if you like burritos or food like that then you definitely should go! not had a single bad experience each time i have gone.

I have been coming to paparitos for years. Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. Staff are rude - especially the bigger lady. Portions are tiny now for the cost. A large burrito is a massive wrap with basically no filling. If you?re charging almost £10 you cannot skimp out on the portions like that. My last burrito was 90% bread. Very disappointed.

We?ve never been made to feel so unwelcome in a takeaway or cafe !!
Terrible service, to be told off by the manager and rushing us because there were 4 people behind us and she was ?stressed and busy? !! We ordered, yet was rushed and told off for not ordering our burritos together.. in fact it was your staff who couldn?t take down the correct order.
Never asked if we wanted drinks or anything else because we were so rushed and made to feel bad for ordering food because you had a slight queue..
Whilst the food was ok, we will not be returning here due to the abysmal customer service !

Never had a mexican before . Didn't no what to expect. Staff were very patient and helped me choose what to have 10 l10.. really enjoyed the food. If I'm in Cheltenham again I'll deffo go back.

Three awesome vegetarian filling options, cheaper than meat, and you can have free guacamole too. Always friendly and put the table sauce inside for me so I don't have to. 10th Burrito is free. Authentic glass Jarritos is cool but there could be more of a mexican vibe in there, it's just a more chill family run chipotle atm
Vegetarian options: Sweet Potato, Tofu, or Mushroom. Free guac as I say in the review.

Nice for a quick bite to eat. Quite clean.The chicken burrito £7.90, was ok, the portion size was small for the price.To add avocado salsa, which was less than a table spoon worth, cost an extra £1.Had better e.g. Tortillas in Exeter.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor property, no steps
