I recently purchased a bracelet and several charms from the Cheltenham Pandora store
At each visit I was greeted by a different sales assistant, each one as helpful as the other. Nothing is too much trouble for this stores staff, you are met with a smile, even when they are busy. Each one knows the stock inside and out, they advise but not at all pushy. They are courteous, professional and always helpful

Always great service from the staff. Very knowledgeable about the products. Will always help with any issues, like if items not in stock, they will help with online purchases.

Really disappointed with service today in Cheltenham store queues were long we realise as it was sale day it would be busy and we patiently waited in queue, my daughter knew her wrist size but as soon as we got to be seen the bracelet she wanted wasn?t in her size she asked to look at other bracelets and was told she would have to join back of queue again to look at other bracelets available. Really rubbish system not enough staff tricky to see what was available in any sizes and styles without a shop assistant willing to show you what was available we could have queued up again only to be told that bracelet wasn?t available in her size, by this time the queue had considerably grown so we left purchasing nothing and a very disappointed daughter.
