Disgraceful. Bad attitude by the person who assigned himself as the manager. Quickly made me angry because of a non delivery even though it said delivered on my bank account. They need more training on delivered items, not received and how to talk to customers professionally. Instead of instigating a verbal row.

Made an order this afternoon, instead of my order (which did not include any alcohol) got some other person's bag, which contained beer. The delivery person left the bag on the porch. He/she did not asked for an ID. I called the shop and they said that they will get it fixed. That was at 17:07. Is now
21:24 and my order still didn't arrived. Called the shop again only to be told they can't do anything about it. Have to wait for the Just eat guys to call me.

Very helpful staff, a real blessing during lockdown to be able to go there. I still use their Post Office, so much simpler than using the one in town. And they have a fair selection of groceries, wine and beer!!!

Post office appears to be open only when staff can be bothered. Often closed without reason. Staff can mostly be found smoking outside the back of the shop rather than doing anything. Just really poor.
