Set aside the fact that this ?one stop? for your basic needs is a bare-shelved hole in the wall, and the habitual gormless and uninterested behavior from the staff, and justify the pedantry of id?ing a 6?1? 20 year old man for a can of energy drink. LOL

I was rather disappointed with my recent visit today. I stopped by around 9 PM and noticed an older lady fiddling with a key at the front door. I wasn?t sure what she was doing, so I politely asked if they were still open, not wanting to enter without permission. However, she responded abruptly and seemed annoyed.
What struck me was the stark contrast in how she treated me compared to the British girl who arrived right after me?she was welcomed warmly. I couldn?t help but wonder if her behaviour was racist, possibly due to my Asian appearance. It was disheartening to feel singled out in this way.
The gentleman at the till was genuinely friendly and made an effort to be kind, even though he looked tired. His courtesy was a breath of fresh air.
I?m not surprised to see that this place is already rated low. Experiences like mine are likely a contributing factor. If someone is consistently struggling to provide good customer service, perhaps it?s time for them to reconsider their role. A customer?s experience should never be marred by unnecessary rudeness. Hopefully, this feedback will be taken constructively.

The poorest service I?ve received. I was ?assisted? by a man called KEITH who seems to be the manager. Customer service non existent, extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. This is my second time experiencing this service from him. I would recommend avoiding this parcel shop and certainly Keith at all costs. Absolutely disgraceful

Use this shop daily. This morning I made a transaction for £21. Got home and noticed that it had been taken from my bank twice. Dashed back to shop in pouring rain and showed them my bank app. They said it was my banks fault. Phoned bank and in the last hour they had 13 other incidents of one stop stores repeatedly taking money twice. I will never use this shop again as the staff want customer service training. You do not send a customer away with a unresolved problem!!

Lack of staff, never open before 10, Rude and miserable owners and over priced products!I got yelled at one time by the fat old woman here for a trying to pay for a small quantity of items with a £10 note rather than change 'cause I didn't have any on me.If I could rate this dump ZERO stars, I would!Never coming here again!

Terrible place, the manager is absolutely disgusting, he gets his mrs to call in sick for him, I have proof on my phone , because I was savvy enough to record it , and it's still on my phone, its not sour grapes, it's the Truth , and it's filthy , everything is out of date , its a joke in that place , disgraceful
