Paid for a new tyre online the day before, was promoted to book a time slot which we did for Saturday (10am). Arrived and waited 40 mins to then be told they didn?t have that tire in stock, that was paid and ordered online for. I paid for it to be fitted, and there was zero communication. Appalling customer service.

Pre-ordered tyres online and made an appointment to fit. Mechanic showed me the perished tyres he removed. My fitting began 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. Parking was full but I was invited to drive straight into the service bay. Excellent service. No pun intended!

Was very expensive and they failed to connect the sensor back up first time round. Second time round they failed to mention the corrosion on my exhaust which was the actual cause of the problem. Sorry guys, won't be coming back.

Great service every time I have had to go in and get help .Everyone of them are very friendly efficient and do a good job . I had a flat tyre due to these dreaded pot holes so this morning I was there at 8.30 and asked to have my tyre changed , within 30 minutes the job was done not a problem . So helpful always .Thank you .

Very disappointed with the outcome of a recent visit. I was concerned with how long the braking distance of my car was and had a friend looked at it who advised me to get a pair of tyres changed and have the brakes looked at. So I ordered two tyres, got them delivered to the garage and had an appointment for installation on a Saturday. Got there in the morning and left the car with the garage, told to wait for them to call when it is ready. Ended up taking them 3 hours, which was not quick but fine if the job was properly done - but it was only when I arrived that I realized they had change the rear pair instead of the front pair I wanted. Apparently I did not specify which pair I wanted change, which to be fair could have been the case because I could not recall if we had that conversation, but I do find it very strange that they did not bother to ask, whether before I left or on the phone (they had my number all along which they used to call me for the pick up). What they say was that they checked all tyres and based on the conditions on the tyres decided the front pair were the better ones so that's how they decided which to change. At that point I was confused and chose to take their word for it. It was only later that it occured to me that I could have checked the MOT history, which I did and volia, advisory on the front pair being close to legal limit. No mention of the rear pair.For some reason there seem to be some sort of knocking noise coming from the engine since the visit. Never had it before and not sure if related to the fact that I had them looked at my brakes, but probably needs to be looked at later on elsewhere.All in all, not great communication which may have been the respnsibility of both parties in parts, but I do wonder why they decided to swap out my good tyres. Unfortunately that means I will have to shell out extra cash for another pair of tyres which is not ideal.

Had a completely shredded tyre after an altercation with a ditch in a country lane. We found a replacement tyre at national tyres in Cheltenham. When we arrived they quickly replaced the tyre. Service was exceptional and the guys were professional and very welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a battery from Halfords, they didn't fit the battery correctly. Negative terminal cable could easily be pulled off with hands alone. Battery ran flat.Called them, they told me to stick a screw in the battery terminal to create a connection so I could drive to them, even when I told them it was flat. Then they said they would put shim's on the battery terminals as a long-term solution.Not good at all.

A fantastic and stress free service received today from the friendly and helpful team at National Tyres. I called ahead to enquire about booking in for a puncture repair but was advised to come straight down. The puncture was promptly fixed allowing me to be back on the road in hardly no time at all! I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends and will happily use them again in the future! Thank you ?

Had my brake pads replaced here. They are still squeaking several months later. My car failed it's MOT due to the parking brake not holding properly, just a few weeks after National Tyres fitted new pads. I had to pay another mechanic to fix the issue.National Tyres said they would refund the cost of the other mechanic, however they stopped responding to my emails and no attempt to rectify the issue has been made.

Such a time wasters! Went there for brake fluid change, waited 2 hours and they said they changed it for free, as pos terminal didn?t work. An hour later received an email cancelling the appointment and decided to check the brake fluid. It was the old black brake fluid and at minimum level, exactly as it was before!!

They replaced 2 front tyres, however after driving on the motorway a couple days later wheels were not balanced.I Had to take it back for rebalancing and was told both side were out. Mechanic fixed it but had to wait 2 hours.Fine they fixed the problem but really shouldnt have happened in the first place.Maybe they have a quality issue and worth going else where to avoid the hassle..? I would probably go somewhere else next time.
