It's been nearly 10 years since I met my now wife and Nando's in Cheltenham was our second date spot !
It became our regular till we left Cheltenham back in 2019
So we decided that we are going to go back there and eat our favourites! .
Needless to say the place has evolved in looks and menu and it was even better than we remembered. .
The staff today were fantastic, as were the chefs preparing our meals which we both really enjoyed, great flavours as always and of course everything was cooked to perfection!
We will try make a regular Nando's trip now. value for money this was excellent as portions are spot on
I can eat and to be honest my burger and fries were enough
My wife's half chicken with broccoli was fantastic and she said it was even better than she remembered.
Really glad we came today and we talked about our early years on the way home and were both very happy Nando's has stood the test of time .

When I arrived the restaurant was extremely busy. However the host that welcomed me saved me a table allowing me to not wait in the waiting area.
The food was absolutely spot on and I?d certainly recommend this restaurant. However there is a real draft from the front door which might not be noticed but the staff.
Great meal, great staff but avoid the draft!

The food was amazing and overall ana amazing experience. The restaurant was nice and modern and it was very smart. Although my only complaint is that it is quite small so many people can't get tables.

Been to nandos many times but today was exceptional. Kind, courteous staff were willing to help change an order after it had been put through. They checked in with us with a smile on their faces and it felt as though they genuinely cared about giving us a great experience. The food came extremely quickly (possibly 3-4 minutes?) and was the typical good quality you should expect from nandos. Only issue was that the app didn't work on two different phones so we had to order at the bar.

Avoid this place. Food disappointing. Some overcooked, some undercooked which indicated a poor standard of cooking and care. Food just slapped on the plates with little care or attention to presentation. No cutlery with the meals. Numerous staff seemed to lack any training on customer service. Warm glasses provided for water. Greasy sauce bottles. Bar top very greasy (this was pointed out to staff who promised to clean, but it remained unclean). Must have been wiped with dirty greasy cloths. Floor dirty. Made me seriously question the hygiene standards and cross contamination possibilities. Toilets cordoned off before closing for cleaning and couldn?t be used. Poor standard of food, cleanliness and service. The manager needs training to improve cleanliness, food quality and service. Would never go back.

Really disappointed- chicken was physically cold to touch. Returned food for a fresh meal when the manager tonight 30.08.24 came out with an attitude about the food being returned. No refund was provided. Terrible service towards a 9 month pregnant lady just making sure her dinner was adequately cooked through.

Food was decent but on the small side- maybe this is just Nandos though.
Greeter was nice however no attentiveness from staff who just mostly stood around- had to find the drinks machine and cutlery myself. Could do with "refills over there etc"
Clean throughout.
