“Love this place. lovely staff, relatively clean. As clean as you can keep a public place with high turnover. Would love Cineworld to train their employees on the audio description headsets and how to explain them to a blind person because they always panic and that's not fair. I already know how they work thankfully but each employee I've had has either just spoken to whomever I'm with or just panicked. I've also prewarned a few times before I come in that one will be needed and always miss the start of the film while waiting for the headset but not a major issueOther than that We hire out screens each year for a large group and they are very helpful”
