If you?re a landlord or a tenant avoid using the Cheltenham branch at all costs.
We were tenants, they charged us an extortionate amount of for the deposit (albeit the landlord had a part to play in this). They didn?t follow the correct protocol. I went back with evidence on why alot of it wasn?t us, they never presented this to the landlord until after the DPS investigation had started. They didn?t advise the landlord properly on a lot of the claims (we are landlords ourselves and understand this process well). I provided evidence that showed the last tenant did a lot of the areas they were claiming (meaning the inventory wasn?t properly done on the last tenant and if you?re a landlord that?s out of the country this makes it extremely difficult for you to win cases)
We have just had the result where they claimed £3800 odd and the landlord has won £500 (some of which we had agreed to prior). A process that should?ve and could?ve been dealt with so much better and privately had the agents at move been better at advising their client and following the correct protocol.

I just want to tell a bit about the wonderful people that are working here. Especially about Rebecca, she is just our live saver. When move in to the apartment we meet lots of problems, fault of suppliers not the agency actually, but the way how Rebecca has been fighting for us to solve the problem, it?s just amazing. Day and night, out of the office and the whole support that we received it?s just amazing. This person really deserves the raise and recognition!

Awful experience.the very first day when we went to view the property we have been misguided by their sales person ( James) we were told its a brand new property no one ever lived here but when the actual checks & searches started it comes up someone lived there . We quoted according to the what we were told and then I asked them to fix the carpet & garden they refused. Also my wife went to pick keys today after completion and they said come to their office instead of actually handing the keys at the property. Also we asked few questions about security alarm, how the boiler works or etc etc they have only one answer we don?t know and contact you solictor about this . I would not recommend anyone

Izzy was really lovely, helpful and provided a 10/10 service. We managed to find my flat in less than a week which was great as I wasn?t based Cheltenham which meant I needed to find something I loved quick!

I?ve used a few different estate agents since moving to Cheltenham in 2010, and honestly there are none who have made this process easier than Move.
Every single step of the way they have been super helpful, very kind and understanding of the stupid questions I have had pop into my head. Emily and Bryce were absolute stars and reassured me the entire process, with particular thank to Bryce for squeezing me into a viewing so quickly on a flat I absolutely fell in love with. If it wasn?t for that phone call I wouldn?t be moving there; and I am very grateful.

Dealing with Verity Howes at Rightmove has been an awful experience. She spoke to me rudely and without any respect, making the whole process unnecessarily stressful. Out of nowhere, she demanded the deposit with zero reminder or prior warning, then tried to enforce payment just 18 hours before the deadline. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable ? there was no effort to communicate properly or treat me fairly. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with her and strongly advise she is delt with in a professional manner.

Highly recommend using Move as an estate agents. Needed to move into a rental property due to unforeseen circumstances and staff at move were extremely professional and communicated asap with any updates for me. Big thank you to Verity.

Extremely disappointing, regardless if we were chosen by the landlord or not, really disappointing service. My partner went into the agents the day before he was going to view the property we were really keen for, they told him if he pre filled in the application it would get us ahead of the game and they would submit it forward, I called Saturday and was told it wasn?t even sent off and that we will definitely hear either way on Monday, I chased again on Monday and was told that the landlord specifically asked all the applications were sent off together which is fine but also a waste of our time and hope, I was told either way, again we would hear on Monday. It?s now Wednesday and we haven?t heard a peep from anyone, it?s just really disappointing. Considering how competitive things are, we hoped for better communication

The property manger Steven Leith is extremely rude, patronising and unprofessional. Very poor communication throughout my tenancy so far. Getting a response from the agency was consistently difficult, especially when it came to reporting maintenance issues. Several problems in the property were left unresolved for long periods, despite multiple follow-ups. As a tenant, I expected a basic level of responsiveness and support ? unfortunately, this agency fell short. Would not recommend based on my experience.
