Popped in for some bread. Stays open to 9pm on a Sunday and 10pm the rest of the time.The staff were very helpful and there is plenty of parking.

I?ve had the worst experience with this Morrisons shop and we will never shop from here ever again.The staff are very rude and unprofessional.Went to pick up my parcel and I have been told from a member of staff (who hasn?t even checked if my parcel was at the back) to come later on.I went home came back and I asked him again nicely to check if my parcel is at the back and he told me: Is not there! Next time order your parcel at your home not here!I asked him nicely to speak with me politely but he refused and he ignored me.I asked him to speak with a manager but he hold me that he has no manager.So at some point a staff member who?s name was Kristen came in the store and I asked her nicely to check my parcel because on my email (I showed her the proof as well) it says that the parcel is with them.I asked her if she will know around what time the delivery people usually come? but she went at the back speaking with the other colleague who had been very rude with me earlier on.She came back with a very agressive attitude putting her hands on her hips and after in my face telling me: I don?t know when they come.. They can come whenever they want!! You can leave the store!!This is the worst customer experience I have ever had in UK and it made me very upset and left me with an unpleasant taste.

I returned an Evri parcel which was delivered from an Amazon order. I followed the instructions from Amazon, which was not to print a return label or seal the packaging and the staff would do that in store, once I used my QR code to print out a return in-store from Simply Fresh?s machine. I disturbed no-one in-store and used the machine for printing out the return label. The machine then states, hand to staff, customer doesn?t need to do anything else. I did this, and got told off by the male attendant for not packaging the item, he stated ?he didn?t work for Amazon, all customers are behaving incorrectly? and he proceeded to tell me that his own machine?s and Amazon and Evri?s instructions were wrong and customers should be printing labels and securing packaging themselves, ?it wasn?t his job?. I don?t appreciate, as a single woman, to be shouted down in front of customers, in a food store. Simply Fresh must have a financial arrangement to receive Evri parcels, otherwise they wouldn?t be doing it. I won?t be returning a parcel to this store, buying food or anything else. There are plenty of other stores to go to, without be shouted down and intimidated.

Since the last refurbishment it has been a lot better. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great little shop. I'm always surprised at how much they stock and its perfect for grabbing a missed essential or picking up a more obscure ingredient.I've seen the older reviews about staff being rude, but I've never had that experience and I have been shopping here several times a week for the last 6 months. The staff are always very polite and helpful.

Hi All,I have been in this lovely shop a couple of days ago. Yes, it looks very nice, spacious, lots of goodies you can chose from...I must admit, I was reading the reviews before I went there, I had mixed feelings about going there.Anyhow, I went there and I was welcomed nicely, a lady whom is working there helped me with me parcel. So I can not complaine at all. I was happy as Larry haha.To be honest, we can not change someone`s attitude, but you can change yours. ;)Have a fabulous day Folks.Erika
