Have always enjoyed excellent food & drink at Morans ~ but this is a particular Review to praise the kindness and helpfulness of the staff when we stopped of as a friend was taken seriously & unexpectedly unwell.... Nothing was too much trouble whilst we made arrangements to transport her to A&E who discharged her much later that evening & she is now recovering at home. We will return to savour your delicious menu in due course....but for now please accept our heartfelt gratitude x

We went for my grandmas birthday. The food wasn?t good. She wasn?t very happy as the pork inedibly salty and the potatoes tasted of strong garlic. She didn?t eat it and wanted to change her order as she didn?t like it. They said they wouldn?t change it as that?s how the dish was served and if she wanted something else she?d have to pay again.
Given all the food wasn?t great and we had starters and mains for four people plus drinks it was bad service. We would have stayed for desserts too. Keeping a loyal customer happy would have been good. Plus it ruined our birthday celebrations.
We go there nearly every week to for dinner together and they didn?t care that one of their loyal customers wasn?t happy.
She?s an 90 year old woman and they wouldn?t change her meal on her birthday day.
We left and went for our dessert somewhere else.
Shame as it?s one of our go to haunts and we will not be returning.

Been going to Morans for over 30 years, it has agreat atmosphere and the staff are very attentive. The drinks are carefully chosen and expertly served.
Food is excellent and reasonably priced when you fact
or in the quality of produce and the friendly and professional staff.
Highly recommend.
