What an amazing shop... Really friendly staff... Michaela came in early to accommodate our visit... Lovely lady very welcoming even at 6.30am
Jane and Katie were also so helpful and the shop looks great.
So much choice, hats, scarfs, hand bags and shoes .... they also have a huge range of baby and toddler clothing

with enough bows and fashion jewellery for every occasion.
The ladies here really looked after us today... So a big thank you ?

What an amazing experience I had in the shop in Cheltenham branch today.
I was served by a lady called mikayla and Katie, they were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

OK but disappointed because jacket saw in Cardiff a couple of weeks ago not available in my size, found the same one in Cheltenham for £35 bought it. TODAY went into Monsoon now only £15!!!
