“Went to replace my trusted old Doro with a smart phone - it now takes me a fraction of the time I used to need to send a text.\\n\\nHowever, my Doro didn't drop calls since it didn't do much else. Like my Moto does.\\n\\nI was pleased with the service which was good, but it seemed only one staff member could transfer my data to the new Samsung 12.\\n\\nI was saddened to see the £5 monthly payment had increased to £10!! per month, tho' with 7 GB thrown in - which I didn't need. Luckily I could keep my old package because I had already was on the £5 pm package.\\n\\nThe Samsung 12 seems to be ok, but it's early days and I haven't had the chance or the time yet to explore it in detail.\\n\\nMy 10% cashback meant I managed to get nearly £18 back on my replacement new phone.\\n\\nThe quality of service, as in Peterborough and Cardiff, is usually good and I wasn't disappointed by by the O2 Store in Cheltenham, either.”

“Store: I came in with an issue regarding my contract and the lady in store was able to identify and solve my issue in a matter of minutes, great stuff! Even remembered me as she served me a couple of weeks prior.Vodafone: The app does not communicate very well. As a customer it's not clear you pay your first bill yourself, not automated. Automated assistants are hopeless when you want to speak to someone. Had to take time out of work to get this sorted before a holiday abroad. Somehow vodafone lost my payment details resulting in an overpayment charge text that was not my fault.”
“My contract with Three was due to end. I had phoned the shop to make sure someone could give me advice if I went there in person, as it would require a long journey. A chap named Ash was helpful on the phone, and when I arrived the next day, it was very nice that he remembered our chat. He then spent time with me, going through the options, checking on my phone usage, listening to what I had to say. I decided to buy a new Samsung phone, and go for the Three Lite Sim plan which is excellent value for money. Ash transferred everything from my old phone to the new phone. I had been worried for weeks about what to do regarding a phone and a contract. I'm pleased with the outcome, thanks to Ash's team at the Three shop in Cheltenham.”
