I've dealt with travel agents many many times over the years and she has got to be the most professional person I've ever dealt with. Spent a lot of money with MM £20k to get our once in a lifetime holiday......poor service collected tickets no one said have a great holidayNo info re the cars picking us up to take us from hotel to cruise or from port to hotel & excursions no ifo until we asked. For the amount of money we spent I would have expected a better service. Will never book with again
