I had a great experience with Martin & Co, from first viewing the property, right through to collecting the keys.
Beth was fabulous, she always answered any queries I had very promptly, was very proactive and kept me up to date throughout the whole process, which as a first time buyer was exactly what I needed. She was also invaluable when it came to acting as a go between with the solicitors, so very grateful for all of her help!
Any dealings with the office in general were always handled very efficiently and everyone I spoke to was super friendly and really helpful, would definitely recommend.

We rented a property through Martin&Co for about 2 years. I cannot recommend highly enough.From the first enquiry I made, every interaction has been professional, personalised and helpful.Rose helped make a very difficult situation so much easier. When I had to find a home to rent on a tight deadline she was proactive and knowledgable and went out of her way to reassure and help me.When moving into the property, Caitlin showed me round and walked me through the paperwork with a friendly professionalism and has been quick to respond to any queries I have had since.I would absolutely recommend Martin & Co. as a letting agent and would want to find a property managed by them if moving in the future.
