Felix Lawrence was a great help in drawing up the plans in the initial stages and also chasing up the granite worktops manufacturers and fitters. This was the only holdup.Also the kitchen fitter, Marcus Fleming, who was recommended by Magnet did an excellent job. I would recommend Magnet and mjf installations, the fitter's company.

Shocking!I have never met such a rude, uninterested and argumentative individual as the kitchen designer today. Not at all interested to hear what we wanted in our kitchen, didn't really want to help us choose or make any suggestions as to what we might like. Her whole attitude was "cant't be bothered' and outwardly showed that she was disinterested in anything we said or asked.We had budgeted somewhere in the region of £15k on our new kitchen and frankly she blew it!I am sure the kitchens are great and on a different day with a different designer I am sure the experience could be brilliant, today however - shocking!

We didn't have a builder so the sales assistant wasn't interested in discussing a kitchen with us. Shame as we had a sizable budget to spend.

One of the most unhelp sales people I have ever met. Waited for an appointment then to be told that there's no point pricing due to price changes. Complete waste of time. Extremely rude and uninterested in making a sale.Don t waste your time choose a company that actually want your money.

They promised to deliver my order in max 2-3 weeks time but it took more than 5 weeks. They didn't even bother themselves to call me in 5 weeks.

Really poor floor plans lacking detail for our kitchen fitter to work to. Codes rather than full info about each unit - therefore takes longer to install - costing more! Time is money.......
